Open a take in the Studio (see Overview), then:
  • Trim. Drag the ends of the clip on the timeline.
  • Split. Press ⌘B, or click the scissors, to split the clip at the playhead. Click a piece and press Delete to remove it: the video closes up behind it. Drag a piece’s inner edge inward to cut frames, or outward to bring back frames removed beside it.
  • Restore. A dot above the clip marks each join. Click it to see what was removed, and Restore it.
  • Steps. Each step is labelled on the timeline. To take one out, split the clip on both sides of it and remove that piece. To change what a step does, ask your agent to change the script and record it again.
  • Mask. Click + Mask to cover part of the picture with an opaque box for a time range, for example to hide a customer’s name.
  • Cursor. Style, motion, and hiding it. Camera blur and Smoothness are under Camera.
  • Background. The surface behind the app window.
  • Padding. The space around the window.
  • Zoom. Where the camera moves in on a step.
  • Aspect ratio. Auto, 16:9 or 9:16.
  • Brand kit. A saved look, with your logo, to apply to a take.
